I lost my uncle to MRSA last year so it is great to see local people getting involved it reducing this horrifying disease, My son and I went this morning to Fairfield to see the Sid Design and its great when will it be coming to Oldham. It is too late for my uncle but thanks, as this killer needs stopping.

I belong to the Patients' Council and I'd like people to know that all the members of the Patients' Council are committed to making patients' lives better. We're gaining in strength and popularity in our area and you will see from our website that we are involved in many projects that will help and improve patients' lives.

If you want to know more, watch the video.

I have just got over the shock of seeing myself, but I think anyone in doubt of what the members feel will be pleasantly surprised at the info you will get.

Please spend the 10 minutes to watch, comments here?

Left Oldham 15 years ago for Boston leaving my aging parents in Shaw. We continuously worry about their care. My partner and I have been looking at your site for a few months now. We would like to see more on transport as mum’s worried when dad stops driving how will they cope. It great to know you guy’s are there helping others, it is heart-warming to see others care.

I was told about your work on Saturday by my local councillor who went to a presentation by your group on Friday. With the demise of our local ppif I can only hope that we get something like the patient council to look after the patient voice in Blackburn, I am worried our local patient views will be lost
